Body Weight Training – Do you Dare?

Varied training routines and challenging moves are, without a doubt, associated with working out today.  Gone are the days, where you did push ups or any other type of ups.  Now, thanks to the ever growing technology – fancy machines are there to help us.  But, are they really all that helpful?  After all, working out should be about you and your body, pushing yourself to the limit – not expecting a machine to do some of the work, while you may or may not be coasting.

Well, if you incorporate Body Weight Training into your routine, you will never have to worry about that particular situation again.  In fact, Body Weight Training will bring you back to the “old days” when you were actually expected to do all of your own moves in gym class.

Body Weight Training relies on your bodies own weight/strength and range of motion to perform ALL of the exercises within any given routine.  No machines, No exceptions.

Yep, it is time to get back down on the floor and to start doing push ups, sit ups, and chin ups.  You may actually be quite surprised to discover that:

a)  those exercises somehow seem alot harder to do now then they were back then ….and-

b) that your cardio and muscle training exercises may not truly have prepared you for Body Weight Training exercises.

Oh, we almost forgot!  the best news of all – for all of you who travel alot and use that as an excuse NOT to work out.  Body Weight Trianing is entirely portable.  All you need is your own body strength and a floor – perfect for hotel rooms.
